Push notifications help you stay updated on your activity, trades, and important account events in real time. To receive them successfully, you need to both enable notifications in your NoOnes account and allow them on your device or browser.
Enable Notifications in Your NoOnes Account
Before checking device or browser settings, make sure notifications are enabled in your account:
- Log in to your account on the NoOnes website or mobile app
- Click your avatar and select Account settings
- Open the menu on the right side and choose Notifications
- On the Notifications screen, make sure Push notifications are enabled

- (Optional) Customize which events you want to receive by clicking the gear icon on the right

Important: If you previously denied notification permissions, simply enabling them in your account is not enough. You must manually re-enable permissions in your device or browser settings.
