What Information Should I Provide During a Dispute?

The more information you provide during the dispute process, the easier it will be for our team to review your case. We’ve put together a collection of best practices to guide you in submitting strong evidence

When uploading evidence:

  • Images: Upload full, uncropped, and clear images. Do not alter or edit images in any way.
  • Videos: Submit original, unedited video footage. Do not splice or edit video content.
