📘 Trading Rules

📘 Trading Rules

Introduction

Our peer-to-peer marketplace built on trust, escrow, and transparent trading rules. To keep trading safe, fair, and reliable for everyone, all users must follow the rules outlined below when creating offers, opening trades, communicating with other users, and completing transactions.

These rules apply to all trade types, including cryptocurrency, gift cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. Failure to follow these rules may result in trade loss, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.

If a trade partner violates any of these rules, you should report the issue using the in-trade reporting options. By using our marketplace, you agree to follow these rules and understand that our enforcement decisions are final.

📜 Trading Rules

1. Trades Must Stay on our Escrow

All trades must be completed entirely on our platform using escrow. Any attempt to move a trade off-platform, bypass escrow, or complete payment outside our marketplace is strictly prohibited.

2. No Price Changes After a Trade Starts

Once a trade is opened, the price and terms are final. Asking for a different rate, additional payment, or adjusted amount during an active trade is not allowed.

3. No Trade Diversion

You may not ask or pressure a trade partner to cancel an active trade in order to continue with a different offer, rate, payment method, or account.

4. Do Not Share or Request Contact Information

All communication must remain within marketplace chat. Asking for or sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social media, messaging apps, or any off-platform contact details is prohibited.

5. No Impersonation of markeplace Staff

Pretending to be our support, a moderator, admin, or staff member is a serious violation and may result in immediate suspension.

6. No Hacking, Phishing, or Malicious Activity

Sending suspicious links, files, QR codes, or messages intended to steal information, gain account access, or deceive users is strictly forbidden.

7. Do Not Ask for Release Without Payment

You may not ask a trade partner to release cryptocurrency before full payment is received and verified according to the trade terms.

8. Valid Proof Is Required When Requested

When required, you must provide clear, complete, and verifiable proof (such as gift card images, receipts, or balance checks). Failure to provide valid proof may result in losing the trade or dispute.

9. No Trade Manipulation or Unfair Trade Disruption

Misleading users into cancelling trades, exploiting mistakes, abusing accidental releases, or intentionally disrupting the normal trade flow is not allowed.

10. No Fraud, Abuse, or Platform Gaming

Scams, fake proof, duplicate or linked accounts, intentional coin-locking, abuse of disputes, or any attempt to manipulate the platform may result in permanent bans.

🚩 Reporting Violations

If your trade partner violates any of the rules above, you should report the issue using the in-trade Report a problem option. Select the reason that best matches the violation and provide clear details when prompted.

🔒 Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these rules may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Trade reversal or trade loss

  • Temporary account restrictions

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Removal of offers or trading privileges

Enforcement actions are based on trade evidence, platform logs, and account history.

✅ User Responsibility

You are responsible for understanding and following these rules before opening or accepting a trade. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt users from enforcement actions.
