The NoOnes multi-tier Partner Program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends and followers to join NoOnes.

• Getting started is simple: share your NoOnes invite link or code on social media, in your content, or on your website.

The NoOnes multi-tier Partner Program gives you the chance to earn a share of trading fees whenever your referrals buy or sell crypto.

How it works

• When someone signs up directly using your unique invite link, code, or QR code, they become your direct (Tier 1) partner.
• If your Tier 1 Partner invites their own partners, those users become your indirect (Tier 2) partners.

You earn rewards on trading fees across your referral network:

• Direct Partners: When your direct partners buy or sell crypto on NoOnes (BTC, USDT, USDC, etc.), you earn a share of their trading fees.
• Indirect  Partners: When partners of your direct partners (Tier 2)  trade, you earn a smaller share of their trading fees.

Rewards are automatically calculated and credited to your account based on the activity of your Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partners.

Your unique invite link, code, and QR code are available in your Partner Program Dashboard. Use these to grow your referral network.

What’s New (from October 3, 2025)

How it Works

Depending on whether the user has joined before or after the new Partner Program launch, the revenue share is calculated according to the program conditions effective on the date of referral sign up.

Program Comparison: 

• Old program: Rewards paid for the first 12 months after their sign-up. 
• New program (launched on October 6, 2025): Rewards paid lifetime as long as the Partner Program is running.

Partner Program Tiers
All Partner Program members begin at the Starter level. By inviting partners and growing their trading volume, you can progress to higher levels and unlock greater rewards.

Your tier is recalculated monthly based on your performance. You can meet requirements either by adding new partners or by growing total trading volume across your network of direct Tier 1 partners.

Downgrade Policy

• If you do not meet the monthly requirements for 3 consecutive months, you will be downgraded to the lower tier.

Key Improvements: 

1. Lifetime earning potential while the program remains active, instead of 30 months.
2. Higher commissions (up to 40% for Tier 1, up to 10% for Tier 2).
3. Community perks: visibility & recognition, exclusive access to leadership, swag and rewards, marketplace benefits, early access to new features and products, networking. 
4. Smarter structure: easy to grow levels with clear paths (new partners OR trade volume).

Withdrawing Rewards

• Rewards are credited to your Partner Program balance and can be withdrawn to your NoOnes wallet once you have at least 5 USD equivalent in one cryptocurrency.
• After withdrawing, you can trade or send the crypto freely.
• Rewards never expire as long as your account is active.

Multi-tier commission calculation examples

Your commission depends on:

1. Your Level (Starter, Peer, Champion, Ambassador)
   
    
2. Partner Tier (Tier 1 = direct partner, Tier 2 = partner of your partner)
   
    
3. The escrow fee paid for the trade
    

These examples illustrate how you earn commission based on your current tier status.

Example 1: Starter with a Tier 1 Partner

• You are a Starter (Tier 1 = 15%, Tier 2 = 5%)
   
• Your Tier 1 partner sells 500 USD in BTC via mobile money
   
• NoOnes fee for selling with mobile money = 1%
   
• Escrow fee = 500 USD × 1% = 5 USD
   
• Your commission = 5 USD × 15% = 0.75 USD

You earned: 0.75 USD

Please note that rewards are credited to your Partner Program balance and can be withdrawn to your NoOnes wallet once you have at least 5 USD equivalent in one cryptocurrency.

Example 2: Ambassador with Tier 1 + Tier 2

• You are an Ambassador (Tier 1 = 40%, Tier 2 = 10%)
  Your Tier 1 partner sells 10,000 USDT in gift cards
• NoOnes fee = 5%
• Escrow fee = 10,000 USDT × 5% = 500 USD
• Your commission from Tier 1 = 500 USD × 40% = 200 USD

Now imagine your Tier 1 partner invited a friend (your Tier 2 partner):

• Tier 2 partner sells 2,000 USDT in gift cards
• NoOnes fee = 5%
• Escrow fee = 2,000 USDT × 5% = 100 USD
• Your commission from Tier 2 = 100 USD × 10% = 10 USD

Your earned total from Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners: 210 USD

Remember:

• No commission is paid for canceled/uncompleted trades or your own trades with your referrals.
   
• Rewards are credited automatically into your Partner Program balance in your NoOnes wallet.

• Marketplace Badge (Partner Program Benefit) 

  Marketplace badges are available for Peer, Champion, and Ambassador levels. A badge helps you show your credibility and trustworthiness as a trader on the marketplace.`

  How to get a badge?

• To receive a badge, you must first qualify for the Peer level.
• Then, apply for the Peer level and pass a short 5-minute interview.

• Once you level up to Champion or Ambassador, your badge will be assigned automatically.

• Note: You can only hold one badge at a time. Badges correspond to your current level: when you move up, your badge updates automatically.

Promoted Offers on Marketplace (Partner Program Benefit)

As part of the NoOnes Partner Program, top-performing members have the opportunity to feature their offers at the very top of the marketplace. This exclusive visibility benefit helps you attract more trades and grow your reputation faster.

Who is eligible?

Promoted offers are available to Champion, and Ambassador levels who achieve the highest month-over-month growth in their own trade volume (not from their direct  partners).

What offers can be promoted?

Eligible members of the Partner Program can feature up to 2 offers:

1. Gift Cards: Your most competitive GC offer will be promoted.
2. One additional method of your choice: Digital currencies, bank transfer, online wallets, or mobile money.
    

How long are offers promoted?

• Duration: Up to 1 week
• Exclusion period: After being promoted, you must wait 90 days before you can be featured again.
   

Why it matters?

Promoted offers give you prime visibility in the marketplace, helping you increase trade activity, attract new partners, and maximize your growth potential within the Partner Program.

Recommendations

Maximize Your Rewards by Onboarding Active Traders

By inviting actively trading partners, you increase your rewards. If you own a blog or a Telegram channel about trading, feel free to introduce NoOnes to your audience, but avoid spam or impersonating NoOnes employees, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Become an Advocate:

• Help your friends onboard to NoOnes.
  Explain how trading works and how they can profit.
• The sooner your partners start trading, the more rewards you earn.

• Please note that all invite links and codes contain your username. If you ever happen to change your username, your old links will become invalid!
  To avoid your earnings from expiring, check your Partner Program Dashboard at least once a month and Withdraw your rewards as soon as they are available.

Manage Your Referrals:

• Check the list of your partners in your Partner Program Dashboard.
• Contact your inactive partners in My partners tab on the Partner Program Dashboard using the Contact Partner button next to their username).

Use Your Invite Codes Wisely:

• Blogs & social media: use your invite link.
• Telegram groups & communities: use your invite code (your NoOnes username).
  Offline: help friends install the app and scan your QR code.
• Directly: share your NoOnes profile link - it also works as an invite link.

Important Notes:

• All invite links and codes contain your username; changing your username invalidates old links.
• Check your Partner Program Dashboard at least once a month and withdraw rewards promptly.
