1. Globally Restricted Jurisdictions

Due to regulatory restrictions, NoOnes does not offer services or support onboarding for residents of the following countries and territories.

Access for users from the following countries is blocked on NoOnes:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Panama
  • Syria
  • UAE
  • USA
    • Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands
    • Guam
    • Puerto Rico
    • U.S. Virgin Island

2. MiCA-Regulated Countries (Effective July 1, 2026)

Please note that effective July 1, 2026, NoOnes does not serve users residing in countries regulated under the MiCA framework.

Regulatory Context

The Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation is a standardized legal framework established by the European Union. It applies directly to all EU Member States and extends to the broader European Economic Area (EEA).

Because NoOnes operates outside of this specific framework, we cannot onboard users or facilitate any services for individuals located within these jurisdictions.
