Important Service Update
Service changes beginning August 17
Due to the ongoing EU sanctions situation, our partners can no longer continue supporting several NoOnes services.
Beginning Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6:00 AM UTC, we will start closing the following services. These changes will be rolled out throughout the week:
- Swaps
- NoOnes Visa
- Off-ramps
- Gift Card Store
- Bitcoin Lightning Network
- Partner Program payouts
- All USDT networks except TRC-20
USDT will remain available for withdrawals only through the TRC-20 network. All other USDT networks will be disabled.
Regular BTC withdrawals through the Bitcoin network will continue working as normal. The Bitcoin Lightning Network will be closed.
Transaction and wallet risk reminder
NoOnes continues to work closely with our KYT partners. However, because of the EU sanctions listing, external compliance providers may review or change the risk ratings of certain NoOnes company wallets.
Transactions connected to NoOnes may be delayed, rejected, or placed under additional compliance review by external exchanges and wallet providers. Please check the receiving platform's restrictions before sending funds.
We recommend:
- Completing any necessary transactions before these changes begin
- Using self-custody for funds you are not actively trading
- Keeping only what you need for active transactions on NoOnes
- Using available off-ramps before they are removed if you need to convert crypto to fiat
