Important NoOnes Update
NoOnes Is Winding Down
This is one of the most difficult announcements we have ever had to make.
After more than three years of serving over 2.5 million users, NoOnes will begin winding down its operations and closing its services.
We worked tirelessly to resolve and remove the sanctions affecting NoOnes, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so. The sanctions caused us to lose access to essential partners and led blockchain monitoring providers to classify NoOnes-related wallets and transactions as high risk.
As a result, transfers from NoOnes may be delayed, rejected, or restricted by certain exchanges and services. These restrictions also made it increasingly difficult for us to process transactions and maintain normal operations.
We explored every possible option, but continuing NoOnes was no longer sustainable.

Service Wind-Down Schedule
Wind-down begins: Monday, August 17, 2026, at 6:00 AM UTC
P2P Marketplace closes: Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC
The following services will close during the week of August 17:
- NoOnes Swap
- NoOnes Visa
- Crypto Off-Ramps
- Gift Card Store
- Bitcoin Lightning Network
- Partner Program payouts
- New account registrations
- All USDT networks except TRC-20
Regular Bitcoin withdrawals through the Bitcoin network will continue to work normally.
Please complete any remaining trades before the P2P Marketplace closes. Our team will continue handling open disputes and unresolved cases.
What Happens After August 21?
After the P2P Marketplace closes, NoOnes will become a withdrawal-only platform.
Customers will still be able to sign in, view their balances, withdraw their funds, and contact support. Trading and all other platform services will no longer be available.
The platform will remain open in withdrawal-only mode while our team assists customers with removing their remaining funds.
Accounts Currently on Hold
Customers whose accounts are currently on hold cannot withdraw their funds at this time.
As part of the wind-down, these accounts will be moved from on-hold status to banned status. Once this change is completed, the system will allow affected customers to sign in and withdraw their available funds.
This is a system status change designed to enable withdrawals. The banned status will prevent trading and other platform activity, but it will not prevent withdrawals.
We ask affected customers to be patient while these account changes are processed.
Withdraw Your Funds as Soon as Possible
Withdrawals are currently operational through the following supported routes:
- Bitcoin through the regular Bitcoin network
- USDT through the TRON network (TRC-20)
We strongly recommend withdrawing your entire balance immediately and no later than Sunday, August 23, 2026.
Because of the sanctions, some exchanges and services may delay, reject, or restrict transfers from NoOnes. Before withdrawing directly to another exchange or service, please confirm that it can accept the transaction.
These restrictions are controlled by external providers and are outside NoOnes' control. Please do not wait until the last minute.

Our support team will remain available throughout the wind-down and withdrawal-only period. If you need assistance with your account or withdrawal, please contact us through the official support page.

Our teams may be handling a higher-than-normal number of withdrawal requests, disputes, and support cases. Please bear with us if replies take a little longer than usual.
